The Implementation & Support Engineer plays a key role in deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise and telecom software systems within the System Integration Department. Based in Hargeisa, Somaliland, this position supports both internal teams and clients through the full system rollout lifecycle.
The role involves setting up staging and production environments, conducting API and system integration tests, and providing Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support during implementation and go-live phases. The engineer will be responsible for monitoring system performance, documenting configurations, and contributing to training and on boarding efforts.
