Job Summary
The Sales Assistant will support INNOVII’s products, sales efforts, with a focus on analyzing sales journeys, optimizing client engagement, and enhancing the performance of core products. This includes assisting with field operations, relationship management, and developing structured customer acquisition paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily sales operations
- Assist in analyzing and developing product sales journeys for Innovii VAS services.
- Maintain and update client information and track progress in CRM tools.
- Collect field data on user satisfaction, service uptake, and sales patterns.
- Help refine customer conversion strategies through journey analysis.
- Collaborate with the HBD and Marketing Assistant to align outreach and product campaigns.
- Support overall Innovii product expansion across sectors like health, education, and digital services.
Qualifications, Experience & Required Soft Skills
- Bachelors in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, field operations, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills, field-readiness, and a client-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of structured sales approaches and customer lifecycle analysis.
- Proficient in Somali and English (spoken and written).
